Dodge the summer rain showers this week and put on your laughing gear for The Peoples Theatre production of Dad’s Army -The Stage Show which plays from tomorrow (July 10th) through to Saturday 14th July.
This show is adapted from Jimmy Perry and David Croft’s immortal TV show, which runs eternally on the BBC and never grows old.
All the beloved characters are there pompous Captain Mainwaring, long suffering Sergeant Wilson, stupid boy “Pike” and impossible “Don’t panic” Lance -Corporal Jones.
Presented as a revue with songs interspersed with unforgettable scenes from the TV show.
