This new DVD presented and walked by Julia Bradbury gives inspiration to admire and appreciate what is around us all, everywhere.

How else does one explain the popularity of the shows fronted by Julia Bradbury?
Julia made her name with the BBC’s Country file and later with her enchanting Wainwright’s Walks and Railway Walks.
With the same format of interviews with local historians and characters Julia strolls about viewing the ‘flaura’ and chatting to the ‘fauna’.
Divided into sections examining Worcester, Birmingham and Avon Canals, we are taken to some of Britain’s hidden countryside jewels.
Beautifully filmed and charmingly presented this is a lovely way to spend a couple of hours.
A guilty pleasure of a DVD. It will wet your appetite to walk these canals as well!
Extras include a nice selection of photographs.
There is also a book for the more dedicated walkers.
